These flowers are known as blushing brides (serruria floribunda). The stems look rather thorny while the flowers remind me of dandelions. I do wonder if this plant is a desert native.

Daisies seem to be one of the staple flowers on display at the Flower Dome of the Gardens By the Bay. Nonetheless they don’t take up the prime spot, just a common fixture among the shrubbery.
