Despite listing repetition as one of the techniques for capturing architectural features during the photography workshop, I rarely apply this technique. I prefer photographing architecture “freestyle”.

I really like taking black and white photos. Some people think black and white photography is hard. To me, it’s pretty therapeutic. It’s a first time for me to deliberately shoot a non-landscape shot at ƒ/10. It came out pretty alright. Looks like I’ll be experimenting more with smaller apertures.
Overlooking the Marina Barrage is the Marina Bay Sands casino. It’s still under construction, but soon to be completed.
This is how the barrage will look like if it were shot with the Kodak Panatomic X ISO 32 film. Too bad the film is no longer in production. However, won’t an ISO 32 film be tricky to use?
There is something about using the 105mm lens. It’s painfully hard to use but when you get the focus right, the photos it produces just has that sparkling quality. A good, but difficult lens to use.
